Job Summary
Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide executive-level administrative and office-management support across multiple departments. Responsibilities include managing schedules and travel arrangements for leaders, preparing expense reports, planning logistics for team meetings and events (including location sourcing, catering, AV, transportation), handling confidential information, preparing reports in Google Docs/Sheets using Salesforce, and managing multiple offices and vendor relationships. Role requires vendor management, organizing regional/company offsites, supporting company culture and team-building, and ensuring efficient office operations across offices. Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage calendars across time zones. Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, Concur, Dropbox, Zoom/Webex, Asana; experience with Salesforce a plus; 5+ years of administrative experience.
