Job Summary
Executive Assistant & Front Office Manager to the President, overseeing both professional front-office operations and executive administrative functions. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing the President’s calendar, scheduling and rescheduling meetings, drafting agendas and recap notes, triaging executive inboxes, organizing files, coordinating vendor communication, travel planning, expenses, and events, drafting internal announcements, and supporting leadership onboarding. Requires 3–5+ years of admin/EA experience, strong written/spoken communications, advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), excellent organizational and time-management abilities, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage up
