Job Summary
Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator to support the Executive Director in a university context. Responsibilities include executive and administrative support, calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing financial documents, and managing budgets. Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, leadership events, and hospitality for students, guests, and partners. Maintain organized records, assist with special projects, handle vendor relationships, and ensure professional communication with internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes hospitality, customer service, and event planning with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Some travel, including domestic and international possibilities, may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma
- professional experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with administrative support, finance processing, travel coordination, or event planning is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative systems preferred
