Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) including EVPs, serving as a bridge across departments. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing calendars, travel arrangements, and monthly expenses; preparing for meetings with agendas and briefing memos; tracking deadlines and events; note-taking and follow-up in meetings; managing various projects with cross-team collaboration; drafting correspondences and presentations; liaising with team members; and on-site office management for the DC office. Requires: strong confidentiality, project management, communications, technology proficiency (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom), and ability to travel for organizational retreats and events. Hybrid role based in the Washington, DC area with in-office expectations two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in providing executive administrative and/or project support
