Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Head of Western World at AIG, combining executive administration, office operations, facilities coordination, and team support. Responsibilities include direct administrative support to senior leadership, coordinating logistics for leadership and All Hands meetings, arranging travel, processing expense reports and light invoice processing, maintaining confidentiality, managing office vendors and supplies, coordinating catering and events, and supporting procurement activities. Requires 1+ years of experience supporting senior executives (preferably in a large, multinational environment), a Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience), strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), exceptional organizational and communication abilities, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. Location is Scottsdale, AZ, with in-person office focus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years direct experience supporting senior executives
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proven discretion and ability to work autonomously
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint and Fieldglass a plus
