Job Summary
Answer calls for senior attorneys and manage their calendars, including booking meetings, rooms, and Zooms. Handle travel and restaurant reservations while assisting with task management, drafting engagement letters, and editing legal documents. Perform document formatting, run blacklines, close binders, and manage data entry and reimbursements. Organize document distribution, maintain LinkedIn profiles, and provide occasional after-hours and on-call support. This role supports a group of attorneys at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP, a boutique real estate law firm, offering access to clients and senior partners.
