Job Summary
Executive Assistant to leadership providing high-level administrative and operational support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing communications, and ensuring day-to-day business activities run efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating executive calendars and scheduling, organizing virtual and in-person meetings, preparing and maintaining presentations and documents, conducting research and preparing reports and expense documentation, arranging travel logistics, screening inquiries, coordinating office organization and special projects, and supervising clerical staff. Internal duties include attending practice meetings, contributing to industry thought leadership, building material for the Digital Transformation practice, and supporting leadership career development. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Webex and Cisco collaboration tools, strong written and verbal communication, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and executive schedules
- Strong experience with email management and virtual collaboration platforms, including Webex
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
- Experience conducting research and supporting expense and statistical reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience using Cisco productivity and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
