Job Summary
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel, conferences, and appointments. Answer calls, greet visitors, and sort correspondence while analyzing submissions to forward appropriate personnel. Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes from meetings. Coordinate finances, assist with budget preparation, and maintain office supply inventory. Train clerical staff on policies and procedures, supervise lower-level employees, and delegate tasks. Document customer complaints and develop course actions. Requires 8+ years of experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reports to the CEO or CFO.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years
- Associate's degree in business / related field or Bachelor's degree
- Prificient in Access, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Tremendous attention to detail
- Possess the ability to learn quickly, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
