Job Summary
Execute social prospecting on LinkedIn and Instagram to book qualified appointments directly onto the Founder's calendar, ensuring no lead goes cold. Manage the executive schedule to protect high-value strategic hours while filtering communications and organizing tasks from multiple channels. Guide financial clients from initial application write-up through policy completion, tracking underwriting cases and liaising with carriers. Support new agents through their licensing journey, removing administrative bottlenecks to accelerate milestones. Build performance dashboards in Notion or CRMs and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and automation platforms to scale workflows. Work Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST and Friday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. Earn a base salary plus a performance bonus up to $1,000 USD/month tied to booked appointments, licensing milestones, and issued policies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant
- ideally supporting a Founder, high-velocity sales team, or recruiting operation
- Proven track record in appointment setting
- social media prospecting (LinkedIn/Instagram)
- client-facing lead management
- Fluent, highly articulate spoken and written English
- look and sound warm, confident, and professional during video interactions (Zoom) and client touchpoints
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Notion (or modern CRMs)
- Canva
- Zoom
- social media management platforms
- Full availability to work the required EST schedule
- including Friday and Saturday afternoon shifts
