Job Summary
Provide executive and administrative support to senior members of the 17Capital team. Core responsibilities include managing diaries and travel arrangements (including international), coordinating internal and external meetings and events, logging data in CRM, organizing visas and foreign currency for travel, managing correspondence and expenses, and providing backup support to other executive assistants. Demonstrates ability to handle confidential information, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and deliver process efficiencies through proactive planning and strong judgment. Requires being highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure while maintaining professional standards and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and juggle conflicting priorities
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels internal and external
- Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions with strong judgment
- Experience in client liaison including administration of events and client entertainment
- Enhanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
