Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end meetings, manage complex calendars for senior leaders, and handle domestic and international travel logistics including itineraries and accommodations. Plan and execute logistics for team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and special events while preparing expense reports and tracking team budgets. Serve as a trusted administrative partner by anticipating needs, maintaining email distribution lists, and partnering with cross-functional teams on office facilities requests. This hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA, supports senior leaders with seamless day-to-day operations and operational process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or operations experience supporting leaders or teams
  • Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating domestic and/or international arrangements
  • Experience preparing expense reports and handling administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team
  • This role will be based in Mountain View, CA

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth or technology company
  • Experience coordinating large team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, or other cross-functional events
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and expense management processes
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Services, Finance, HR, or IT
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of improving administrative processes and driving operational efficiency
  • Experience working with calendar management, travel booking, and expense management tools
