Job Summary
Executive and Management PA role providing administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, including email and diary management, note-taking, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and project tasks. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO and leadership teams, managing meetings and paperwork in advance, acting as first external contact for the CEO, coordinating travel and expenses, and contributing to governance and stakeholder liaison. Requires strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), note-taking and organisational skills, discretion with confidential information, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working as a PA/administrator role with organisational experience
- Strong computer literacy – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment to deadlines with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve independently
- Strong written skills and note-taking
- Experience providing mentoring and support to young people (Desirable)
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people internally and externally
