Job Summary
Executive Administrator to support the Vice President of Technology and oversee general office management. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars and schedules for team and individual meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, handling day-to-day administrative operations for the Austin CMS site, preparing and submitting expense reports in Concur, supporting initiatives as a project coordinator (monthly strategy reports, new-hire training), developing and updating presentations and documents, providing backup support to the SVP's executive administrator, tracking meeting actions, maintaining headcount and organizational structure reporting, and supporting hiring and onboarding activities. Requires strong collaboration, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of work experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a global public company or professional services firm
