Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Manage financial aspects such as resource allocation and maintain operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment through leadership and supervising staff members across various departments. Coordinate with social workers and healthcare professionals to support residents' social and emotional needs. Ensure the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality of life for residents. Promote community engagement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and well-being. Requires an active WA NHA license and proven supervisory skills. Starting at $150,000/YR DOE with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in nursing home management or senior care settings
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE WA NHA LICENSE
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, resource management, and operational planning
- Exceptional leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to engage staff, residents, and families effectively
