Job Summary
Executive Administrator position overseeing all facets of a longtime care facility’s operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance; develop and monitor individualized resident care plans (including Alzheimer's and dementia care); supervise multidisciplinary teams; manage financial resources and operational efficiency; promote quality of life, safety, and resident satisfaction; collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to support residents’ social and emotional needs. This role requires a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with active WA license and leadership experience to lead a compassionate team delivering high-quality senior and memory care services.
