Job Summary
Executive Administrator to assist managing complex business operations for c-suite executives, including calendar management, travel planning, email handling, expense tracking, and preparing confidential materials. Responsibilities include updating CRM data, drafting communications, supporting events and brand engagement for local market, coordinating visitor services, and ensuring staff education/licensing is current. Role requires front desk coverage, ad hoc personal assistant tasks, and collaboration with local team on internal and external events. In-office attendance required 4-5 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting corporate c-suite professionals
- 5+ years of experience in professional services or with a Fortune 500 company strongly preferred
- Real estate background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, logical thinker
- Takes initiative
- Flexible schedule for overtime
- Ability to multi-task and organize a daily workload by priorities
- Technologically proficient with Outlook, MS Suite, Workday, Microsoft Teams etc.
