Job Summary
Gather business intelligence from company data, industry reports, and public sources to serve as the subject matter expert on key performance metrics. Lead analysis of research findings to surface operational insights for the leadership team and summarize financial data reports for executive review. Draft internal and external communications, including pitch decks, speeches, and marketing materials, while providing administrative writing support for emails and agendas. Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating information, taking notes, and managing follow-up actions across multiple time zones. Facilitate special projects and strategic planning processes by organizing schedules, monitoring results, and communicating outcomes. Maintain current knowledge of beverage industry trends through professional organizations and supplier communications.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive support, executive analyst, or similar high-visibility role
- Understanding of — or genuine willingness to learn — the beverage distribution industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Data Studio/Forms)
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL Server, with familiarity in database management and relational databases
- Strong presentation design skills — particularly in creating effective charts, graphs, and tables that turn data into decisions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations
- Critical thinker who can connect dots quickly and solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information to support executive decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics across multiple time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to draft polished emails, memos, and executive-level communications with ease
- Confident and diplomatic when engaging with executives, team members, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Highest level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Sound judgment and a polished, diplomatic approach in every interaction
- Trusted to represent the President's voice and priorities with discretion
- Proactive self-starter who spots opportunities for improvement and takes action without being asked
