Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director–level leader within the Consumer & Community Banking Trust and Security Product team. Manage calendars, screen calls, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, plan events (catering and transportation), process invoices and T&E expense claims, assist with staff onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup and system access), draft high-quality emails and messages for senior leaders, maintain department documents (org charts, bios), handle routine activities independently and forecast issues, assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires five years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, discretion in confidential matters, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Five days in-office schedule (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (calendar management)
- Experience supporting at Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above (preferred)
- College degree is a plus
