Job Summary
Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials for company leadership. Provide high-level administrative support, including Mandarin-English translation and interpretation, while maintaining confidential records and communications. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence to facilitate business operations and special projects. Travel domestically and internationally with executives as needed. Maintain a service-oriented mindset with discretion and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time, on-site position in Beverly Hills, CA
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid passport or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally with executives and for company business needs
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal business hours based on executive schedules, international teams, travel, and company requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of executive or administrative support experience
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting executive leadership
- Professionalism, discretion, and unquestionable integrity
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
