Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Management and team. Responsibilities include organizing calendars and international/domestic travel, drafting and coordinating presentations and critical materials, preparing weekly/monthly reports and meeting materials, tracking deliverables, handling expense reports, coordinating and documenting meetings (including minutes), managing procurement and office supplies, coordinating cross-team events, and serving as a back-up for other executives as needed. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, confidentiality, and excellent communication. Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and travel/expense management; in-office presence Monday-Thursday with Friday remote option; travel approximately 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
