Job Summary
Coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings for Board Committees, compile reports, and disseminate materials with strict attention to detail. Assist executive leadership with board material preparation, scheduling appointments, and arranging business trips. Maintain administrative records, policies, and procedures while composing, editing, and signing standard correspondence. Manage the logistics of the Annual Credit Union Business meeting, including compiling annual reports and minutes. Provide administrative support to Human Resources and ensure adherence to all applicable Credit Union policies. Adhere to all applicable Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations. Salary range: Starting at $50,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Acrobat Adobe
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work well with others, dependability, initiative, resourcefulness, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong time management skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
