Job Summary
Provide executive and administrative support to nonprofit organizations' C-suite and staff, including scheduling of meetings (in-person and virtual), coordinating communications with external stakeholders and department staff, preparing and editing materials for meetings and briefings, assisting with project coordination across divisions, handling phone calls and visitor greetings, and ensuring timely responses and filing accuracy. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Webex, and expense-report software; familiarity with Concur preferred. Requires discretion, multitasking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous executive support, scheduling, and coordination experience
- A high level of organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Must work under a high level of discretion handling confidential matters
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. is required
- Knowledge of Webex and PowerPoint is highly preferred
- Previous understanding of Concur is a plus
- Accuracy and high attention to detail are imperative
- Knowledge of data entry and different computer programs, ability to assess or analyze documents
