Job Summary
Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling priorities for Tax leadership, including agendas, materials, notes, room logistics, and follow-up. Track action items, decisions, deadlines, and priorities to support leadership accountability and execution while drafting, editing, and routing correspondence and internal updates. Prepare executive-ready materials, reports, trackers, and presentations using Microsoft 365 tools, and coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and related logistics. Support confidential business matters with discretion, maintain organized digital filing systems, and partner with internal teams to facilitate leadership meetings and special projects. Assist with tax notices and filings as requested and support local facility needs. This role serves as a trusted partner to global tax leaders within Medtronic's Corporate Tax function, ensuring efficient coordination of operational priorities and strong execution across the team.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant administrative or executive support experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and confidential information

- Postsecondary education in business administration, office administration, communications, or a related field
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting finance, tax, legal, or other corporate functions in a matrixed environment
- Experience supporting senior-level leadership teams, business reviews, team events, or executive offsites
- Strong action tracking, follow-up, and meeting coordination skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience creating trackers, status summaries, or dashboards in Excel or Microsoft 365 tools
- Familiarity with Concur, vendor coordination, or administrative systems
