Job Summary
Manage senior executive schedules, coordinate meeting materials, and compile travel requests, Form 348, and Form 520 documentation. Prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and reserve audiovisual equipment for workshops and conferences. Maintain SOPs, guidance documents, and databases for personnel, budget, and property management activities. Serve as the primary liaison between the Deputy Director and divisional staff, ensuring proper implementation of federal property policies and regulations. Process procurement requests through POTS and oversee equipment maintenance contracts. Research internal policies, draft correspondence, and analyze data to support decision-making and special project initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A college degree and four (4) years of related work experience
- A high school diploma and eight (8) years of related work experience
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to transcribe and edit documents
- Analytic, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment consisting of a diverse population
