Job Summary

Manage the AWG website, ensuring metadata capture for efficient navigation and collaborating with programmers on design and maintenance. Build and survey annual budgets, maintaining data to ensure appropriated funding is executed as expected. Coordinate organizational calendars, project tracking, and conference schedules, including agenda preparation, room scheduling, and access control. Facilitate meetings, seminars, and workshops by preparing briefing materials, recording minutes, and producing post-forum reports. Handle visit access requests and perform ad-hoc efforts as specified by leadership. Work on-site daily in Alexandria, VA with occasional Pentagon rotations, with parking and transportation provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
  • US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI
  • Ability to manage executive schedules, multiple meetings, and working in classified and unclassified environments
  • Ability to arrange classified and unclassified conferences and meetings
  • Experience using advanced computer skills including information management, using and managing data, setting up and troubleshooting electronic processes to streamline procedures
  • Expertise managing a wide range of management and administrative duties (travel, calendars, correspondence, organization charts, telephone lists) in support of the office
  • Experience facilitating senior management correspondence and communication including preparing memos, and correspondence with minimal oversight
  • Ability to accurately compose and prepare effective correspondence and reports
  • Detail oriented, professional demeanor with strong organization and proven interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment and make independent decisions in accordance with established policies, rules and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interacting with a range of federal and contractor staff
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Excel) with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
  • Experience maintaining physical security of classified safe, including all content, from creation through destruction in accordance with and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Ability to work on-site daily at the work location in Alexandria, VA
  • Ability to work on-site at the Pentagon
