Job Summary
Provide executive and sales-support for the Senior Vice President, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and confidential communications, while also supporting proposals, CRM data integrity, and client-facing materials. Serves as a central point of contact across marketing, finance, and operations to drive sales processes, dashboards, and event logistics. Leverages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce/HubSpot, AI tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud to enable efficient executive operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or sales support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) or Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Experience with virtual meeting and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
- Experience with digital document management, e-signature tools, and cloud-based file systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
