Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant in Consumer & Community Banking responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating internal/external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events, processing invoices and expense claims, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, drafting high-quality emails, maintaining department documents and organizational charts, and supporting senior management with confidential coordination and communications. Requires five+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role is five days in the office in Ohio; prefers college degree. Familiarity with managing executive-level interactions and producing polished client-ready materials is expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
