As an Administrative Assistant supporting members of the UK Client Team within J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM), you will provide day-to-day administrative support to client-facing leaders and help the team stay organized, prepared, and responsive. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries, manage calendars and logistics, and ensure meetings, travel, and visitor experiences run smoothly. You will partner closely with another assistant and provide broader coverage support across the team when needed, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in building a career in administrative/executive support (prior EA/AA experience welcome but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style
- Proactive approach with flexibility when priorities change at short notice
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or willingness to upskill quickly
- Experience using Concur for expense management and reconciliation, or willingness to learn
