Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to the Head of Asia-Pacific Policy & Strategic Competitiveness within the Corporate Responsibility Center for Geopolitics. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating internal/external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events (catering and transportation), submitting monthly executive expense reports, ensuring policy compliance, facilitating clear communication across the firm, maintaining department documents (organizational charts, onboarding materials, executive biographies), collaborating with colleagues on projects, and proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Five+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PitchPro, and adaptability to new technologies
