Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to Morgan Health leadership; manage complex calendars, screen requests, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, organize events (catering, transportation, AV), process invoices and T&E claims, assist with staff onboarding/offboarding, prepare high-quality emails/messages, maintain department documents and org charts, and edit spreadsheets/presentations for client meetings while exercising discretion and professional courtesy across senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced organizational skills
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent email and telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities
