Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to senior leadership in Commercial and Investment Banking. You will manage and screen incoming interactions for executives, coordinate and manage complex calendars for Senior Executives, plan and organize large events and meetings (including Town Halls), draft communications and presentations, coordinate guest speakers, arrange international and domestic travel, and provide front desk/reception duties. You will work closely with stakeholders to track business priorities, maintain key documents such as organizational charts, and use tools like LLM and Teams to maximize collaboration and efficiency. Strong organizational, communication, and travel-planning skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience supporting revenue producers in financial services are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive level leadership
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent international travel planning skills
- Ability to work independently in a demanding, changing environment
- Fluency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools ( Teams )
- Background in supporting revenue producers in a financial services environment
- Willing to work outside business hours as business needs require
