Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant for Consumer and Community Banking – Risk Management and Compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing meetings and events, processing invoices and T&E expense claims, onboarding/offboarding, producing professional emails to senior leaders, maintaining organizational documents including charts and bios, and proactively managing tasks with awareness of issues or delays. Requires five+ years of administrative experience, exceptional organization, confidentiality, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Five-day in-office schedule in Columbus, OH.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
