Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to 3–5 senior leaders within Global Investment Banking Mergers & Acquisitions, responsible for protecting executives’ time, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating internal/external meetings (in-person and virtual), organizing events and travel, triaging communications, processing T&E claims, supporting onboarding/offboarding, drafting high-quality communications, maintaining executive bios and reference materials, and leveraging AI productivity tools to drive high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience supporting busy leaders and teams
- Advanced organization skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong discretion and sound judgment in confidential situations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) to deliver work efficiently and at speed
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to prioritize competing demands, especially calendar management
