Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Commercial & Investment Banking team. Responsible for managing complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal/external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events, processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/off-boarding, producing professional emails/messages, maintaining department documents and organizational charts, handling routine activities with proactive communication, and editing spreadsheets and client meeting presentations. Requires strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, discretion in confidential matters, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience supporting at the Managing Director level is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
