Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Asset Wealth and Management, manages complex calendars, travel planning, event planning, facilities coordination, onboarding/offboarding, confidential data handling, and collaborates with executives to deliver high-quality client service. Requires five+ years of administrative support experience, strong organizational skills, effective travel planning, MS Office and PitchPro proficiency, project and event management experience, and excellent communication in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective travel planning and calendar management
- Self-motivated, discrete, collaborative and team oriented
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, PitchPro and can adapt to process changes
- Project and event management experience
- Service-oriented with client-facing duties
- Greet clients, distribute packages, organize catering orders, and other floor duties
