Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Commercial Banking. Manage calendars and travel, plan and assist with local events and projects, support office needs and facilities, handle client interactions, and assist with compliance and reporting tasks. Provide site support, new hire integration, and onboarding logistics; maintain confidential data and internal controls; collaborate with Office Management and other teams to complete projects. Role requires five days in the office in Dallas, TX, and involves hands-on office duties, event support, and routine reporting activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of administrative support experience with background in a client facing sales and financial services environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a demanding, changing and fast paced environment
- Effective travel planning skills and knowledge
- Self-motivated, personal leadership, ability to be discrete, highly collaborative and team oriented
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication - confident, organized, and clear
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, PitchPro and Adapts easily to process changes and learns new technologies quickly
- Service oriented and able to greet clients, distribute packages, restock pantry items, and other floor duties as required
