Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant for Asset & Wealth Management. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, organizing events (catering and transportation), processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/off-boarding, producing high-quality emails and documents, maintaining department records (org charts, Exec bios), proactive issue awareness and communication, and editing spreadsheets/presentations for client meetings. Requires five years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, discretion in confidential matters, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar-management is essential. Preference for experience supporting at Managing Director level; college degree is a plus. Five days in-office expected (Mon-Fri) at Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
