Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting a Commercial & Investment Banking Digital & Platform Services group. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings with senior stakeholders, coordinating travel (domestic and international), coordinating room reservations and AV setup, processing invoices and expenses, drafting professional emails, and collaborating with administrative staff to ensure seamless coverage. The role requires discretion, professionalism, strong organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. This position is office-based in New York, NY with five days in the office per week and no hybrid option.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars, communications, and travel arrangements
- Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in interactions at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to partner with administrative teams to ensure seamless coverage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above (preferred)
- College degree is a plus (education not required)
