Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Infrastructure Finance & Advisory team; responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, arranging domestic and international travel (visa coordination), screening calls, coordinating internal and external meetings and events (including catering/transportation), processing invoices and travel & expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding, drafting high-quality emails for senior-level stakeholders, maintaining organizational documents (org charts, executive bios), and aiding in editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires five years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a five-days-a-week in-office role at the New York, NY location.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to manage competing priorities (calendar management)
