Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to the Community & Community Banking team. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, screening calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing events including catering and transportation, processing invoices and T&E expense claims, assisting with staff onboarding and off-boarding, producing professional emails and documents for senior colleagues, maintaining departmental documents and org charts, anticipating issues and advising on delays, and editing spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Requires five years of administrative experience, strong organization and time-management, discretion with confidential information, excellent written and verbal communication, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel), strong telephone etiquette, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment. Note: role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid option; location: Wilmington, DE.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize and time management with business needs
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Teams, Excel)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- Manage in a matrix environment with competing priorities and deliverables
