Job Summary
Maintain complex calendars, screen incoming calls to determine priority, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings. Coordinate complicated domestic and international travel, organize events including catering and transportation, and process invoices and expense claims. Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, produce high-quality emails, and edit spreadsheets and presentations for client meetings. Handle regular activities without prompting while advising on potential delays. This role supports the Financial Institutions group Investment Banking team, requiring five days in the office Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
- Proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Five days in the office (Mon-Fri)
- No Hybrid options
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
- College degree
