Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Operations team in Fall River, MA with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, drafting and proofreading internal communications, coordinating travel for leadership, preparing and maintaining reports and spreadsheets, managing electronic filing and SharePoint/Teams content, assisting with onboarding, processing invoices and expense reports, maintaining Power of Attorney records, and supporting marketing materials and data-cleanup initiatives. Requires professional office experience and strong MS Office skills; emphasizes meticulous organization, communication, and collaboration within a fast-paced insurance environment.
Required Qualifications
