Job Summary
Coordinate executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation. Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Director, Board of Directors, management team, and external stakeholders. Coordinate Board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and manage contracts and organizational agreements. Manage confidential information, draft policies and reports, and track assignments and action items to ensure accountability. Reconcile monthly credit card statements, maintain office supply inventory, and coordinate IT services. Represent the Executive Director professionally with employees, board members, public officials, and vendors. Perform special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a governmental, public utility, or public-sector organization

- Experience coordinating Board meetings, contract administration, executive communications, and complex organizational projects
- Knowledge of public-sector administration, Board governance, contract administration, and records management
