Job Summary
Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare correspondence while handling confidential information with discretion. Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, prioritizing emails and redirecting inquiries as needed. Track project deadlines, organize files, conduct research, and manage event logistics including RSVPs. Maintain client databases and perform other administrative tasks as required. This full-time or part-time remote contract role offers flexibility in scheduling and compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
