Job Summary
Executive Administrative Clerk provides general administrative support to the Agency’s Executive Office, including data entry and tracking, transcription, filing and record organization, photocopying and document preparation, mail distribution, and other office support tasks. Must maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism, strong organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Requires a high school diploma and three years of secretarial experience, typing at 75+ WPM, proficiency with agency software, a valid NY driver’s license with reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three years of secretarial experience
- Ability to keyboard 75 words per minute
- Knowledge of agency computer software
- Clean, valid NY State driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to bend, twist, crawl, climb ladders or stairs, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
