Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant / Administrative Project Coordinator needed to support Anchor Home leadership in Baltimore County, MD. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, assisting CEO/COO with administrative projects, calendar management, coordinating virtual meetings, maintaining records, coordinating office operations, drafting internal announcements, facilitating communications, scheduling trainings/events, tracking follow-ups, providing basic tech support, preparing devices/user access for new hires, supporting virtual meeting setup, and aiding marketing/recruiting content creation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of applicable administrative experience; proficient with Microsoft Office, Asana, Canva, and SharePoint is a plus. This is a fully on-site role, Monday–Friday, Timonium, MD, with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule and a $50,000/year salary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of applicable administrative experience
- Comfortable learning and troubleshooting technology systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Canva, and SharePoint is a plus
