Job Summary
Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team; manage complex calendars, coordinate board and leadership meetings, prepare board-level documents/presentations, handle space reservations, coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, compile meeting minutes, manage travel/logistics, track cross-department initiatives, assist with marketing/digital communications and development tasks, and represent the organization professionally in a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, or outreach functions within a nonprofit, healthcare, or community-based organization preferred
- Experience assisting with fundraising, donor communications, or event promotion in support of development activities
- Experience with digital communications or social media
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential through IAAP
