Job Summary
Part-time Executive & Admin Assistant to support the owner directly in day-to-day operations, organization, and communication management. Role starts at 20 hours/week with a path to full-time as trust is established. Responsibilities include daily/weekly checks of automations and data imports, website content updates (basic PHP/HTML backend, no coding), monitoring marketing material stock across locations, serving as a communication liaison, and handling general admin tasks in Google Workspace. As trust grows, responsibilities expand to managing the general inbox, filtering inbound inquiries, routing contacts, and calendar management for the owner. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, independent, tech-savvy (Google Workspace), comfortable with basic HTML, possess strong written English, and are available during EST business hours. Nice-to-have experience supporting a senior executive and familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows (Zapier, Make, etc.). Previous exposure to e-commerce, wholesale, or import/export is a plus. Working location is fully remote, with hints of team members in the Philippines and South Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- experience supporting a senior executive or business owner (nice to have)
- comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- basic familiarity with HTML is a plus
- excellent written English for professional correspondence
- reliability and long-term mindset
- availability during EST business hours (approx. 9am start)
- tech-savvy and able to learn new tools (AI tools or automation workflows)
- ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
- experience in e-commerce/wholesale/import-export is beneficial
