Job Summary
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for assigned leaders and business teams. Process expenses, maintain trackers, and support team activities across various business processes. Draft documents, prepare agendas, and follow up on action logs to ensure timely completion. Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering, while supporting engagement activities. Maintain filing systems, manage SharePoint documents, and assist with procurement and budget tracking. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and resource planning to ensure smooth operations. Prioritize workload effectively, maintain confidentiality, and support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Administrator, Team Assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience managing calendars, travel bookings, expenses, and meeting coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
