Job Summary
Execution Support Lead at Sport Chek responsible for end-to-end procurement of fixtures and equipment for store projects and rollout programs. Leads procurement for capital store projects, translates fixture plans into purchase orders, designs standardized procurement processes, develops workflows to reduce rework and ensure on-time placement, and coordinates with Design, Construction, Operations, Merchandising, and external vendors to align timing with site schedules and budgets. Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and accountability for fixture procurement across Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, and Vendor communications. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement, fixturing, store development or capital project execution within retail or related environment
- Strong understanding of store construction timelines, fixture planning, and capital project delivery
- Ability to build and implement process improvements in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail
